  • Panhellenic Recruitment Schedule:

    • Friday, ​January 19th - Open House Round

      • 03:00pm - 11:30pm

    • Saturday, January 20th - Philanthropy Round

      • 11:00am - 06:45pm

    • Sunday, January 21st - Invitational Round

      • 11:00am - 06:00pm

    • Monday, January 22nd - Preference Round

      • 06:00pm - 11:45pm

    • Tuesday, January 23rd - Bid Day

      • Bid Distribution - 02:00pm - 05:00pm

      • Bid Day Reveal/Chapter Events - 05:00pm - 09:00pm

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must attend a New Member Days session to be eligible for recruitment and have your registration processed. To see a schedule of sessions, click here: New Member Days

  • Attend a Panhellenic Potential New Member (PNM) Orientation on either January 17, 2018 or January 18, 2018. For a list of sessions, please click here: PNM Orientation Sign-Up

  • Must have earned at least 12 credit hours from an accredited college or university, after high school graduation. Advanced Placement (AP) and Dual-Enrollment courses/credits are not accepted. Transfer students with at least 12 credit hours from another accredited college or university are eligible.

  • Potential New Members are encouraged to have at least a 2.50 Cumulative GPA as all of our chapters have minimum GPA requirements.

  • Must be a full-time student enrolled in at least 12-credit hours at George Washington University

  • Complete registration application (through the link above). Application will close on January 14th, 2018!

  • Pay your non-refundable Recruitment registration fee of $55 for early registration until November 8th. Regular Registration fee will be $60 starting November 8th to January 14th. After you complete your application, you will be redirected to the GreekBill website to pay your fee.

  • You must attend all events that you are scheduled to attend. Please have these dates in your calendar. Failure to attend, participate, or show to events, you will be subject to removal from the recruitment process. Should you have any questions or possible conflicts, please contact your Pi Rho Chi (Recruitment Counselor) as soon as possible!
